How to join — and land inside The AGENT Connection

1. Talk to Sean first (recommended)It costs nothing and it's the whole point of The AGENT Connection: walk through your numbers, your market, and your goals before you commit to anything. Set that up here — or come to a REveal first.
2. Have your details readyYour real estate license number, the REALTOR® association and MLS you belong to, and how you'd like commissions disbursed.
3. Start the application at join.exprealty.comClick “Apply as an Agent” and work through the application — it's all online and takes about 20 minutes.
4. When asked to name a sponsor, enter: Sean JagerThe application asks, “Do you wish to name a specific eXp Realty Agent/Broker as your sponsor?” Search for and select Sean Jager. Naming a sponsor costs you nothing extra — no added fees or splits — and it’s what connects you to The AGENT Connection’s mentorship, training, and Funnel Pilot leads from day one.
5. Know this before you submit: the sponsor choice is permanentOnce your application is completed, eXp does not change sponsorships — under any circumstances. Choose the sponsor whose organization will actually support you — and we'd rather you choose deliberately than quickly.
6. Onboard and get to workLicense transfer, onboarding, and orientation follow — and your first AGENT Connection check-in with Sean gets scheduled the same week.
